Grand Final BBQ

On Grand Final Eve (Friday 25th Sept) we are holding a Grand Final BBQ and Games Afternoon. Lots of entertainment, Handball Comp, Best Goal Kicker and Footy Trivia and a BBQ. Regardless whether your team will be playing the following day, come along for a great afternoon and kick on into Happy Hour.
Geelong Gallery - Impressionists

9:45am - Tuesday 29th September
This is a trip to the Geelong Gallery to view an exhibition of Impressionist paintings. Bus departs village 9:45am and exhibition costs is $25. Money in envelope in Box 1 in the library. Lunch at Sociali at Crowne Plaza (own cost). Return to village around 3:00pm
Seniors Music Festival

1:15pm - Wednesday 7th October
Free Seniors Music Festival, to be held at Kings Funerals in Newcomb. List to 'The Avenue' Duo and enjoy afternoon tea after. Village bus will depart village 1:15, return approx. 4:30. Sign up in the Activity Centre.
Trivia Night

7:00pm - Monday 12th October
It's another one of Colin & Geoff's Trivia Nights. Teams of 4 with sign-up sheet in the Activity Centre. BYO Snacks and Great Prizes. Bar will be open.
Paella Dinner
Date/Time:
5:30pm - Sunday 18th October
Join us for a Sunday Paella Dinner. Enjoy a choice of Meat and Seafood or Vegetarian Paella or Chicken and Lemon Risotto. Dinner will be served from 5:30pm and bar will be open. Cost $15 in the box in the library and sign-up sheet in the Activity Centre. This event has been subsidised by the BSRA.

Spring Gardens in Our Village

On 8th November we shall be holding an Open Garden Event in the village. If you would like to offer your garden for viewing, there are sign up forms in the Activity Centre. Afternoon Tea will be provided in the Community Centre. More details closer to the event.
Seaside Explorer - Drysdale to Queenscliffe

Join us on an historic train journey from Drysdale to Queenscliffe. Spend 2 1/2 hours in Queenscliffe enjoying lunch, a picnic or a walk. Depart 10:30, return 3:00pm
